We’ll meet with you at your property to get the lay of the land and learn how your systems work. We’ll ask you to fill out a contact sheet listing all your service providers (heating fuel provider, preferred electrician, plumber, and so on) so we know who to contact in case of emergency.

We offer weekly check-ins to be sure your home is warm, dry, and quiet.

We can meet service people and deliveries, collect packages, make sure things are running as they should.

We’ll make certain everything is up and running—raise the heat, turn on lights, etc.—so you don’t have to struggle after a long day of traveling.

We do NOT offer pet-sitting. (But we’ll water your plants!)
